1. Respect of the Property : The apartments are provided in excellent condition and must be cared for throughout your stay.   

2. Occupancy The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated at the time of booking. Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

3. Parties and Noise Parties and events are strictly prohibited. No noise or disturbances are permitted between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM, in respect of neighbors. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of the stay.

4. No Smoking All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

5. No Pets Pets are not allowed.

6. Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Respecting these times allows us to maintain the highest preparation standards for our guests.

7. Security Guests are expected to properly close and secure doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

8. Liability MikeStay shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or accident occurring within the property
